Crowdberry’s subsidiary, CB Investment Management www.cbim.sk, manages an investment fund of 23 mEUR dedicated to start-ups and young companies in Slovakia with an international expansion profile. The fund has a 10-year lifetime and invests tickets from 200k to 1.6mil Eur in companies younger than 3 years and supports them with their international expansion and later on with exit. In the first two years of the fund’s existence, 15 mil. EUR have been invested in 31 innovative Slovak start-ups, such as DNA ERA, Artzenal, Nitroterra and Boataround.
In 2021, Crowdberry has established CB Property Investors www.cbpi.eu, a real-estate investment fund for qualified investors, targeting value add real estate investments.
