We are a Slovak real estate developer that has been bringing projects to Bratislava for more than 27 years creating space for a better, healthier, and higher quality life. We systematically uncover the city's potential; we create lively places for work and leisure from neglected locations. We are not afraid to transform brownfields and thus expand the center of Bratislava. We revived the Trnavské mýto with the construction of Central, which brought not only a shopping center, but also offices and a hotel. Together with the municipality of Bratislava, we revitalized the Trnavské mýto underpass. Projects like Lakeside Park 02 or the Mill confirm the success of our buildings. Our ambition is to bring sustainable solutions that will improve the quality of life in the city. Immocap has several residential projects in the pipeline, a carbon-neutral headquarters for ZSE, as well as an urban redevelopment project which will bring spaces for work, living, culture and arts in the new Istropolis project.
